At WSI, we focus on Internet consulting and outsourcing for small and medium sized businesses. Though most companies now feel having a web site is as basic as having business cards, many sites do not take full advantage of the unique commercial value the Internet represents. In today's intensely competitive business environment, just being 'up there on the web' is not enough. A good site takes full advantage of all Internet technologies that are useful to the company, makes the company more profitable, productive, and visible, and becomes a successful center for e-business.

Though we develop web sites, we're not web programmers. What we do is listen to and understand the needs of a company and help it achieve its business goals and objectives through a better web presence. Through our affiliation with WSI, a global leader in web site development for small and medium sized businesses with 12 web production centers in the US and around the world, we can quickly and affordably produce highly effective new sites or enhance existing sites. We can improve results with effective search engine optimization, and readily implement new features and technologies.

Dennis Masella and Evan Sinclair bring a combined 42 years experience in computer sales management, marketing, internet expertise and business experience to the field of website development and e-commerce.

Dennis, head of our centrally located New England office, formed a small wholesale and retail clothing company in 1980, learning how to program computers in dBASE-II in order to run his own business. Later, as director of purchasing, he helped a single store, family owned retailer become the West coast's largest Apple, HP and Compaq dealer while helping to open 6 additional stores. Other responsibilities had Dennis developing a phone based, catalog driven, direct marketing business and white box computer manufacturer. Moving to a large computer distributor, Dennis directed a program to help small and medium sized computer dealers improve their business through marketing programs, product selection, and business processes. After a short stint at Montgomery Wards as director of marketing, Dennis finally landed in New Hampshire as vice president of marketing for Vision Events, a division of Gartner, the world's largest IT advisory company. It was through these experiences that Dennis came to understand the power of web based business initiatives for both profitability and productivity.

Evan, based in midtown Manhattan and overseeing our operations in the Middle Atlantic states, began his technology career in the mid-80's as an educator, teaching computer novices the ins and outs of some of the earliest successful PC business applications, such as MultiMate and WordStar, VisiCalc and dBASE-II (anybody out there remember these aps? They were hot once upon a time!). Evan moved from education into computer commerce during the late 80's and 90's, where he touched upon many aspects of the personal computer industry: Sales and sales management, product purchasing and distribution, project management, presentation development, merchandising, advertising and marketing. During a seven year tenure with IBM Evan developed his internet skills as the product marketing lead for IBM ViaVoice voice recognition software, creating content for headlines, product features, promotions and support, and overseeing page layout, graphics selection, look-and-feel and site design for the IBM ViaVoice web site.

Though regionally based in the Northeast and mid-Atlantic, through the extensive business contacts of its founders, we have a nationwide presence.

Our mission statement: We wish to assist small and medium-sized businesses in developing websites that maximize the potential the internet offers for enhancing market awareness, driving sales and reducing costs.
